The first Oracle session, the daily card, a limited number of chat messages, and dream interpretation are available free of charge and require no payment. Refunds do not apply to free content by definition.
"The Path" is a one-time purchase (not a subscription) unlocking 12 sessions, 12 full Oracle readings, and access to paid features for 60 days.
At checkout, you give explicit consent for immediate performance of this digital content and acknowledge that you thereby waive your right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days (Art. 16(m), EU Directive 2011/83/EU). This consent is confirmed on a dedicated screen before payment and stored together with the purchase.
This means: once you have confirmed consent and completed payment, the automatic EU "14-day rule" refund right no longer applies.
We still review refund requests case by case when:
To request a refund, email andrii@raido.pro with the email or account ID used for the purchase and a description of the issue. We respond within 5 business days.
If a refund is approved, access to the purchased features (remaining sessions and readings) is revoked at the same time the refund is issued.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the already-paid period — access remains until the end of the current billing month.
Refunds for an already-charged payment are reviewed under the same individual grounds listed above for "The Path".
