What Is Raido? Not Tarot, Not a Chatbot, Not Therapy
The honest short answer: Raido is a self-reflection tool built on 60 original archetypal images. You look at one, answer a question about it, and a pattern in what you say gets named — by you, not by the image. It's not divination, it's not a chat companion, and it's not treatment. Here's exactly where it sits and doesn't sit.
I built Raido after fifteen years as a hypnotherapist, watching the same thing happen in session after session: people already know what's wrong. They can describe it precisely. What they don't have is a structured way to notice the pattern themselves, between sessions, without a therapist in the room. That gap is what Raido is for — nothing more mystical than that, and nothing less useful either.
Where the 60 images come from
They're not tarot. There's no historical deck, no fortune-telling tradition, no claim that a card "means" something fixed. Each of the 60 is an original archetype — a rune, a figure, an image — designed specifically to prompt a reaction, not deliver an answer. When you look at one and respond, the response is the material. The image is a mirror, not an oracle.
This matters for a practical reason, not just a philosophical one: I don't want Raido positioned as fortune-telling, because it isn't, and framing it that way would be dishonest about what's actually happening when you use it. Nothing is being predicted. Something is being noticed.
How it's different from a tarot or oracle app
A physical deck — or an app that digitizes one — doesn't know what you asked it last Tuesday. Every draw is a fresh, isolated event. Raido keeps a Timeline: when the same archetype, or the same underlying pattern, shows up across multiple sessions, it tells you. That repetition is often the most useful signal in the entire practice — not any single reading, but the fact that "Stena" (the Wall) came up three times in six weeks around the same relationship.
A deck can't remember Tuesday. Raido can.
How it's different from a general AI chatbot
An open-ended chatbot will talk to you about anything, in any direction, with no structure holding the conversation together. Raido works inside a fixed system — 60 archetypes, a defined session arc, a crisis-safety layer that recognizes acute distress and stops the reflective exercise to point you toward real help instead of continuing a metaphor. It's deliberately narrower than a general chatbot, and that narrowness is the point: structure is what makes a pattern visible instead of just generating more words.

What it costs
Your first session is free — one full read, no card required. If it's useful, the Path is a one-time €59 purchase (not a subscription): 12 sessions and 12 full readings, to use over 60 days. After the Path ends, staying on as Keeper is €12.99 a month, unlocked only once you've actually walked the Path — you can't buy it first.
The actual test
Not "does this feel meaningful in the moment" — a deck of any kind can produce that feeling once. The test is whether, three sessions in, it's told you something about yourself you didn't already know how to say.
